Drum Pump

Emptying drums has never been easier than with this drum pump. This drum pump is corrosion resistant and hand operated. The drum pump is double action piston pumps which deliver on forward and on backstrokes. To ensure that there is no unwanted flow when pumping is stopped, drum pumps have a built-in siphon breaker, and will also operate wet or dry with no damage. This type of pump is perfect for chemically compatible liquids at temperatures up to 80 degrees Fahrenheit and has a maximum viscosity of 2,200 SSU.

Drum Cone & Clamp Collars

With the addition of Drum Cones and Clamp Collars you can control the dispensing of dry materials from your drum. This drastically reduces dust when discharging dry materials and extends the reach of the pour by up to 15.5″. You can quickly start and stop dispensing with the slide gate or iris value. Drum Cones and Clamp Collars are ideal for use with numerous drum handling units.

Asymmetric Drum Cones are perfect for Below-Hook Kontrol Karriers that do not have sufficient clearance within the frame of a 45-degree or 60-degree cone. Heights with a value range from 6-inches to 15.5-inches and heights with no value range from 4.5-inches to 11-inches.

Selecting the right Drum Cone depends on many factors including: cone material, valve flange, angle of the cone and cone size number. Selecting the right Clamp Collar depends on collar material preference and the corresponding size number to the size number of your Drum Come.

Due to its stainless steel construction, it is perfect for cleanroom applications.This round drum dolly has a wide stance base with four 3 MORTUF polyolefin swivel casters which allow for the easy movement of heavy drums. This drum dolly is able to safely move 55-gallon drums of a variety of materials including steel, plastic, or fibre drums.
