Engine Access Stand (DF071554-07-10)
This Aircraft Maintenance and Engine Access Stand is purpose-built for the A350 and B777 platforms. Designed with technician comfort in mind, the stand uses anti-fatigue ladder steps rather than narrow rungs, making it ideal for LRU changes, component adjustments, and engine or nacelle connect/disconnect procedures. The latest design updates include a lighter frame, reduced footprint, and refined geometry to improve maneuverability and usability in busy maintenance environments.
The platform offers both height and pitch adjustment, allowing it to accommodate the varying clearances and working angles required during aircraft servicing. Built with aluminum for easier mobility, the stand is finished with a corrosion-resistant powder coat to ensure longevity in demanding aviation settings.
This access solution supports safe, efficient entry to nose cowls, fan cowls, and pylon disconnect zones across Pratt & Whitney, GE Aviation, and Rolls-Royce engines—improving access to under-cowling areas that are traditionally difficult to reach. It also enables secure access to forward and aft pylon service points, refuel panels, and other under-wing maintenance locations.
To enhance safety and mobility, optional accessories such as corner-levelling jacks, fold-away tow bars, and lift-truck fork pockets are available. The Aircraft Maintenance and Engine Access Stand is engineered and tested in accordance with ANSI-ASC A14.7 and BS EN 131.7, and is supplied with CE Certification.
