Engine Access Stand (DF071554-07-08)
This Aircraft Maintenance Stand is purpose-built to support both under-cowling and over-cowling access on the B787 and B767 platforms. Like all Factory Supply solutions, it features anti-fatigue ladder steps in place of narrow rungs, giving technicians better comfort during LRU replacements, component adjustments, and engine or nacelle connection and removal tasks. The stand’s lighter construction, compact footprint, and refined geometry enhance maneuverability and usability, and it is actively deployed by a range of operators, MRO organizations, and aircraft manufacturers.
The unit provides dependable access to nose cowls, fan cowls, and pylon disconnect areas across Rolls-Royce, Pratt & Whitney, and GE Aviation engines—offering a secure solution for maintenance activities typically difficult to reach beneath the cowling. It also allows technicians to service forward and aft pylon locations, refueling panels, and under-wing components with increased confidence and stability. Hydraulic pitch and height controls accommodate the varied angles and elevation changes encountered across different aircraft service conditions.
Built with a high proportion of aluminum for easier handling, the stand includes a durable, corrosion-resistant powder-coat finish to ensure longevity. Optional enhancements include corner-leveling jacks, fold-away tow bars, and fork-pocket compatibility for lift-truck transport.
This Aircraft Maintenance Stand is designed and validated to meet ANSI-ASC A14.7 and BS EN 131.7 requirements and is supplied with CE Certification.
