A Roof Access Hatch is a safe opening on a roof, often installed to allow maintenance of the roof or rooftop installations such as air treatment systems, air conditioning units, antennas, and more. These hatches provide access to rooftops via interior ladders or stairs and can be installed on flat roof surfaces with a maximum incline of 30 degrees.
Our Roof Access Hatches are made from corrosion-resistant galvanized steel and are designed to be insulated, preventing frost and condensation accumulation. Additionally, they meet or exceed the standards set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in the United States, and are Miami Dade & Florida Approved.
