Engine Access Stands (Adjustable)
Multiple operators, MROs, and aircraft and engine manufacturers are now using our range of engine access stands. Many of the formerly problematic under-cowling maintenance areas now have a safe operating solution thanks to this line of products. Outside of the cowling, these components are meant to safely access sites such as front and aft pylon repair and inspection points, as well as hard-to-reach fueling panels and under-wing sections. The hydraulic pitch and height adjustment accommodates the various angles and height variations that are typically encountered when repairing aircrafts.
These aircraft repair and Engine Access Stands provide a safe working solution to many of the historically challenging under-cowling maintenance locations, such as nose cowls, fan cowls, and pylon disconnect zones on PW, GE, and RR engines. These platforms include an adjustable scissor lift base that provides the necessary height for accessing outboard engines. The hydraulic pitch and height adjustment accommodates the various angles and height variations that are typically encountered when repairing aeroplanes. Our stands have four corner-leveling jacks, fold-away tow bars, and lift truck fork pockets for added safety and mobility. To enhance comfort while completing duties, all stands have anti-fatigue ladder steps rather than narrow ladder rungs.
The hydraulic pitch and height adjustment accommodates the various angles and height variations that are typically encountered when repairing aircrafts. Each unit is made entirely of aluminium for ease of movement and has a corrosion-resistant powder coat finish for long-term durability. Each stand model includes alternative accessories that can be added for additional safety and mobility. Our engineering access stands are built and tested in compliance with ANSI-ASC A14.7 and BS EN 131.7, and come with CE certification. They are now in use by a variety of operators, MROs, and aircraft manufacturers.
