Factory Supply was recently contacted by an industrial food manufacturing plant safety facing challenges with their rooftop safety solutions. The existing rooftop safety products were non-compliant with safety standards. Additionally, workers had no safe access from the platform to lower roofs, and there was no fall protection for unprotected edges.
After reviewing the application and taking measurements, our team designed a rooftop safety project tailored to the facility’s needs. Custom ballasted crossover stairs and guardrails were installed by one of our trusted installers, ensuring the facility was fully compliant with OSHA and ANSI standards.
