Factory Supply engineered and supplied lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum guardrails with counterweighted baseplates around the condominium’s rooftop hatches. This modular system eliminated rust issues, ensured OSHA compliance, and protected the roof membrane by avoiding penetrations.

This was the case with this condominium complex. The client already had roof hatch guardrails installed, but they were rusting, resulting in inadequate protection and non-compliance with OSHA standards.

Additionally, these roof hatch guardrails feature counterweighted baseplates that eliminate the need for rooftop penetration, helping to prevent leaks and maintain roof integrity.
