The RoofGuard Restraint Anchor is designed specifically for individuals performing work near the roof’s edge. It allows users the flexibility to safely work near the roof’s edge by placing anchor points exactly where they need to be and detaching as necessary with a lanyard.
Applying the counter-weighted technology, the Rooftop Guardrail System uses stackable 40 pound base plates to create a temporary restraint anchor that meets the minimum 2kN requirement. This system does not require rooftop penetration and can be set up quickly in areas that require workers to remain a safe distance from the roof’s edge. Using the stackable base plates, the RoofGuard Restraint Anchor can later be taken apart to finish the installation of a RoofGuard System once the edge is protected.
These systems come pre-engineered in a singular crate, most parts are pre-assembled with simple instructions and a singular tool for installation. The RoofGuard Restraint Anchor can be used on flat roofs with a pitch of up to 5 degrees, is portable when needed, and comes ready to ship in one crate.
The RoofGuard Restraint Anchor meets or exceeds ANSI and OSHA standards.
