Shipping large products involves patience and great LTL | Freight Truckcommunication between you and our team here at Factory Supply. Almost all of the products we sell ship LTL (Limited Truck Load) Freight, often times across the country. When you place your order request on our website, we will research the most cost effective and efficient carrier for your order. We will send you an invoice within 24 business hours of your order being placed with a final price including shipping and any fees associated with your order.

Once you are ready to place your order, please click the pay order link on the final invoice email or login to your customer account on our website, click view account, then click pay for order.

We will provide upon receipt of final invoice, an estimated ship date of your order. That estimated date is subject to change at any time due to manufacturing and weather delays. If you order has not shipped by its estimated ship date, our team will contact you directly to give you an update on your order.

All items shipped are guaranteed to be undamaged when they leave the manufacturer. When accepting your order from the freight carrier, please inspect the item(s) for any damage before signing off. Claims often can not be accepted after the items are delivered and customer signs off on delivery.
